About the Artist

I've loved creating my entire life.
From a young age I was artistically intrigued. I spent my hours painting, drawing, collaging, writing. At age 12 I finished my first book which was a total of 100 pages. Throughout high school I would volunteer for anything creative- making posters, illustrating images for youth group, designing t-shirts. When I went to college, I kept creating and majored in art. I worked there for two and a half years in the school's marketing department, where I spent my time taking pictures, editing them, growing in my graphic design skills, making videos, and managing social media. After I graduated, I felt ready to launch myself into the creative world even more.
Immediately after college, I started working at a non-profit organization. I managed their social media, created illustrations and art pieces for those we were serving and for the donors, I did the graphic design for the region and learned quickly about accountability in the creative professional business. After a while, I was offered a job at Belmont Abbey College as the Marketing Project Manager, and started there on September 16, 2019. I've been working diligently and with high hopes for the future since then, growing in my field and expanding my skill set, and in the meantime have made the cover art for a published book, Freedom Through Christ by Elza Spaedy, designed logos for several businesses and organizations, created the layout for the published journal Agora for Belmont Abbey College, and have had several of my personal art pieces published.
My visions is set on continuing to grow and succeed, and I am excited for what the future holds.
